Our story
A family business, Made in Italy since 1958.
Plastofer is among the earliest manufacturers of plastic sanitary installations, operating since 1958. The company initially produced plastic films, then transitioned to manufacturing low- and high-density polyethylene (PE-LD/PE-HD) pipes and fittings for water, gas, and irrigation networks. Since 1989, Plastofer has focused on PP-R (random polypropylene) pipes and fittings, ultimately making it our exclusive line of production.
Our products are made of PP-R, a material engineered for indoor water installations and central heating systems. We offer a complete system of pipes, stabi pipes, glass fibre reinforced pipes, and fittings, with diameters from ø20 to ø110 mm, along with complementary components.
The quality of Plastofer products is verified by independent research institutes. We hold all essential technical approvals and a Quality Certificate, and we are subject to continuous oversight by external engineering bodies to ensure consistently high product quality. Plastofer systems have a service life of up to 50 years.
The wide range of available diameters (ø20-ø110 mm) enables the construction of hydro sanitary systems in both small and large buildings, as well as water mains on boats; residential apartments and condominiums; public housing; hospitals, schools, and laboratories; hotels and resorts; office buildings; and commercial shopping centres. Our systems perform excellently in conveying drinking water and other fluids.
